ARE YOU DEALING WITH YOUR CHILD MENTALHEALTH?

Raising a child is one of the most powerful creations god has given to Parents it depends on us How to deal with the complete process.

so here is the time we need to understand certain scenarios :

MENTAL HEALTH :

70% of children and young people who experience a mental health problem have not had appropriate interventions at a sufficiently early age.

The emotional wellbeing of children is just as important as their physical health. Good mental health allows children and young people to develop and mind cope with whatever life throws at them and grow into well-rounded, healthy adults.

Things that can help keep children and young people mentally well include:

  • Being in good physical health, eating a balance diet and doing regular exercise.
  • Going to school & playing with friends.
  • Getting along with all family members and relatives once a week
  • Doing some activities in day-to-day life like making your bed, preparing dinner table etc. 
  • Having value, trust and faith n being loved is very important
  • Self control
  • They should brought so strong so that incase any bad situation turn out in front of them they should able to face it

ALSO ALWAYS REMEMBER HAPPY CHILD IS ALWAYS SUCCESSFUL CHILD IN FUTURE. 

SO BEING PARENTS IT'S OUR DUTY TO GIVE TIME TO OUR KIDS AND RAISE THEM STRONG TO FACE LIFE AS IT COMES.
